Allan Camaisa - Chief Executive Officer

Allan Camaisa is founder and CEO of Anakam Inc. A seasoned serial entrepreneur, Allan has a proven track record of success providing the initial seed capital to launch Anakam Two Factor Authentication into multiple verticals. Allan provides the creative vision and energy that fuels Anakam’s growth, recruiting a top flight management team. He currently owns three US software related Patents.

Previously, Allan founded High Technology Solutions, Inc. which he grew to over 400 employees and over $45 Million in annual revenues. HTS won many honors including INC Magazine's top 500 private Companies in 1997, 1998 and 1999.

Allan received the Governor's Small Business of the Year Award, the 1998 Ernst and Young Regional Entrepreneur of the year in the Internet and Software Category and the SBA Small Business Person of the Year. Allan was successful in raising $17 million in Venture Capital in 1999, from GE Capital, Intel, Ford Motor, and JP Morgan Chase Hambrecht & Quist to launch an Internet subsidiary (Eye Velocity) focused on Internet Visualization. He currently owns three US Patents.

Allan Camaisa is a graduate and alumnus of both the United States Naval Academy and the Executive Program at Harvard Business School.

Scott Leftwich - Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Scott is responsible for supporting the CEO in the successful execution of operations for the company. A key element of that responsibility is the effective cross-functional coordination of sales, marketing, client delivery, finance and product development.

Scott brings over 25 years of operational leadership experience to Anakam. He has served as the COO of three separate companies, including a very successful government services firm in which he personally hired most of the senior staff and helped build the systems which drove the company from start up to $60 million in sales and over 800 employees. Prior to joining the commercial business world, Scott was a US Navy pilot who deployed all over the world flying the P-3C anti-submarine warfare aircraft. When not deployed, he served as an analyst for both the Comptroller of the Navy and the Director of Program Appraisal and as the military assistant to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Legislative Affairs. Commander Leftwich’s final tour in the Navy was in the White House Military Office where he was a program manager directing emergency planning efforts in support of the President.

Scott graduated seventh in his class at the United States Naval Academy. He also received an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School.

Brent Williams - Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, Brent is responsible for defining how Anakam products meet market requirements. Brent leads technical marketing of our products and solutions and is responsible for communicating product capabilities and value propositions to the identity management market place. Brent also leads Anakam's East Coast office from which our government clientele is supported.

Brent joined Anakam after an extremely successful period as Director of Business Development for Homeland Security, Counterterrorism, Law Enforcement, and Special Operations for SRA International where he was responsible for solutions-based selling against technically complex challenges facing the national security community. He led SRA to new wins in new markets and was directly responsible for ballistic growth in the national security space at SRA.

Brent graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and then went on to serve on nuclear submarines. In addition to his submarine duty, Brent was selected to serve at The White House supporting emergency preparedness activities and national security policy development. He also completed his graduate degree in engineering at Johns Hopkins University.

William Braithwaite, MD, PhD – Chief Medical Officer

Bill’s career has been dedicated to improving the quality and efficiency of health care for patients and practitioners. He was one of the authors of the Administrative Simplification Subtitle of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and a major contributor to the subsequent regulations setting federal standards. At regional, national, and international meetings, he makes presentations exploring current issues of health information technology and is frequently introduced affectionately as, "Doctor HIPAA”.

Most recently Bill served as the chief clinical officer for the eHealth Initiative and its Foundation, providing clinical and technical insight into the programmatic and evaluation activities of the organization, particularly those focused on policies for information sharing and technical aspects of IT adoption and health information exchange. He staffed the President's Information Technology Advisory Committee (PITAC) to help produce their June 2004 Report, “Revolutionizing Health Care Through Information Technology”.

A pioneer in the field of medical informatics, Dr. Braithwaite envisioned a critical role for computers in clinical practice as a medical student at the University of Chicago. After his graduation, residency, and military service, he followed that vision to get a doctorate in Medical Information Science from the University of California, San Francisco. On a health policy sabbatical with the U.S. Senate Finance Committee health staff in 1994, he promoted his vision by working with an industry coalition to develop the legislative language that became the Administrative Simplification Subtitle of HIPAA. In late 1994 he was asked to work with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to continue development in the area of health information standards as Senior Advisor on Health Information Policy in the Office of the HHS Secretary. After 7 years at HHS, he served from 2001 to 2003 as National Director of HIPAA Advisory Services in the Washington DC office of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Charles Henrich - Vice President of Sales

As Vice President of Anakam Sales, Charles Henrich is responsible for managing all aspects of Anakam’s Software Sales. He oversees Anakam’s Sales, Channels / Alliances, and Pre-Sales Consulting for Anakam’s customers in the Public Sector, Health Care, Financial Sector, e-Commerce and Real Estate Markets.

Charles has over 10 years of experience within the information-technology industry, including the Public Sector. Prior to joining Anakam Inc. in June 2007, Charles served as Public Sector Client Executive for the Oracle CRM team. Charles joined Oracle from the acquisition of Siebel Systems in January 2006.

At Siebel, Charles helped increase Siebel’s Public-Sector revenue from among the lowest to the highest producing vertical in the company. During his time at Siebel Systems, Charles orchestrated and closed the two largest deals in Siebel’s Public Sector’s history. Charles consistently finished in the top 5 percent of Siebel’s worldwide sales team.

Before Siebel, Charles held various key sales roles at Computer Associates, as well as Xerox Corporation.

Prior to sales, Charles had a successful college football career, which started at the University of South Carolina, and finished at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). Charles played on a SEC Gamecocks Team that won their first Bowl Game ever. It was the first one, for the Gamecocks, in over 100 years of football history. He also participated in the NCAA Division II Playoffs while at IUP. During this time, Charles played Offensive Line and was a team captain.

Charles has a BA in Criminology / Pre-Law from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

John Macaulay, M.D. - Vice President of Healthcare & LifeSciences

With a background as both a physician and an information technology professional, John brings a unique blend of health care and technology expertise to the design of Anakam’s product offerings. His business savvy, industry insight, and thought leadership has helped Anakam build a formidable presence within the Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical and he is a nationally recognized and sought after speaker in Health Informatics Identity Management.

Upon earning his undergraduate degree, acceptance to medical school and completing a distinguished collegiate football career at Stanford University and in the NFL with the Green Bay Packers and on the San Francisco 49ers as a member of the 1984 Super Bowl championship team, John joined Microsoft where his leadership characterized the late 80’s growth of this software giant.

John then fulfilled his lifelong dream, entering medical school to become an internist, receiving his medical education and training in the University of California system. After leaving practice in the late 1990’s he reentered the business workforce and leveraged his blend of experience in medicine and technology where his stewardship as a principal vaulted a startup biopharmaceutical company from inception to $850 million in annual revenue in less than 18 months.

Robert J. Castle, Jr. - Vice President of Client Delivery

As Vice President, Client Delivery Bob is responsible for client operations surrounding Anakam’s software suite, including account management, software configuration, installation, deployment, training, customer service and support, and overall client satisfaction. He also provides leadership for Anakam’s product development and client delivery organizations.

Prior to joining Anakam, Bob spent 17 years at Accenture, where he was selected as one of the firm’s youngest partners. In that capacity, he held management, strategic, sales, technical, client relationship, and financial responsibilities for multimillion-dollar programs. Bob's career at Accenture was distinguished by exceptional achievements in directing all aspects of consulting service delivery. His track record includes award-winning eCommerce programs, delivery of large/complex systems integration efforts, CMMI certification, success as a turnaround specialist, and delivery of a program recognized by a former President and Senate Majority leader. He is an expert at building highly motivated, results-oriented teams to address complex technology challenges.

Bob graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.

Jonas Samuelsson - Vice President of Product Development

Jonas has been the driving force behind Anakam's software development efforts since the company's inception. An expert in online security and fraud countermeasures, Jonas architected the Anakam Identity Suite and brings vision and creativity to Anakam’s product development efforts. Under Jonas's leadership Anakam has developed a disruptive technology that is revolutionizing the identity management landscape. He now manages the company’s day-to-day product development and delivery efforts.

Prior to Anakam, Jonas lead the IT Web Solutions Group at TBG Financial where he was responsible for all corporate application development and support efforts catering to the needs of 250 internal employees and 50,000+ customers. Jonas has also worked as a business technology consultant for organizations such as Universal Studios and Universal Music Group where he executed a broad array of functions including methodology design and utilization, systems design, development and delivery, client proposals, customer relationship management, recruiting, and project management. Jonas has also held positions with AstraZeneca and Qualcomm.

Jonas graduated first in his class from Louisiana State University where he was also a leading player on their top 10 nationally ranked NCAA Division I tennis program. Some of his accomplishments include two SEC championships and two NCAA final-four appearances. He was awarded the H. Boyd McWhorter SEC Scholar-Athletes of the Year Award as well as the Scholar Athlete All-American Award. Jonas earned his MBA from San Diego State University where he graduated top three of his class.

David Dieterich - Director of Government Policy Initiatives

David leads Anakam’s government policy initiatives. He has served as the Executive Director of the Joseph H. Kanter Family Foundation, the Managing Director and President of a multi-million dollar company, and has served as an Officer in both the public and private companies of a Forbes 400 member. David most recently provided leadership to the business development, marketing, membership and state initiative functions of the eHealth Initiative and its Foundation. He has a broad base of experience in organizational operations, having served as Vice President, Corporate Secretary, and Assistant to the Chairman for a public company with a $1B+ market cap. His experience is not limited to domestic affairs, having created a successful joint venture between a private U.S. company and a European nation. His early corporate work includes time in management with D'Arcy, McManus & Masius and Chrysler Corporation.

David has a strong background in working with elected officials on a State and Federal level. His experience working with the leadership in both parties and various members of Congress, Departments and Agencies add to his abilities. He has been an advisor to public and private firms, not for profit groups, associations and high net worth individuals in efforts directed toward policy, advocacy and awareness of critical matters. He has been a featured speaker at universities, corporate forum's and trade associations on topics ranging from the Internet Development, Capital Raising, Target Marketing and Policy. Mr. Dieterich's undergraduate and graduate education was at Southern Methodist University and California State University.

Peter Koscher - Controller & Vice President Administration

Peter is a seasoned accounting and finance professional who brings extensive experience to Anakam across multiple industries and company structures. Peter was Corporate Controller at WFI Government Services, Inc./High Technology Solutions, Inc., where he managed all accounting and treasury functions, for the San Diego based government contractor. He worked previously as Finance Manager for Lee Ross and Associates, Accounting Manager at McMurphy Development, Controller at Trestles, Inc. dba Rip Curl Wetsuits, CFO at Lifetech Industries and also spent time at Hewlett Packard Co. and GST Laboratories. Peter earned a B.S. in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from Bentley College in Massachusetts and an Associates degree in Business Administration from Berkshire Community College.

H Arthur Schuchman Moldavia, Vice President of Marketing

Arturo has spent over 15 years developing marketing programs for and cultivating partnerships and alliances between Fortune 500 companies in the financial services, entertainment, travel and technology sectors. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Business Development for NEI, a direct marketing firm and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Internet Express.

Arturo was designated "Official Goodwill Ambassador of California" by the State, for his work promoting goodwill, on behalf of the State of California, at events around the world. Arturo has worked as a consultant to the travel industry, organizing exclusive travel excursions, corporate meetings and incentive programs for major corporations. Arturo has worked as contributing editor and writer for a wide range of magazines covering sports, entertainment, fashion, travel and technology. Art attended San Diego State University.
