Allan Camaisa - Chief Executive Officer
Allan Camaisa is the founder and CEO of Anakam Inc. A seasoned, serial entrepreneur, Allan has a proven track record of success and provided the initial seed capital to launch the company’s highly successful Anakam Identity Suite® into multiple verticals. Allan provides the creative vision and energy that fuels Anakam's growth and has recruited a top flight management team.
Previously, Allan founded High Technology Solutions, Inc. (HTS) which he grew to over 400 employees and over $45 million in annual revenues. HTS won many honors including INC Magazine's top 500 private Companies in 1997, 1998 and 1999.
Allan received the Governor's Small Business of the Year Award, the 1998 Ernst and Young Regional Entrepreneur of the Year in the Internet and Software Category and the SBA Small Business Person of the Year. Allan was successful in raising $17 million in Venture Capital in 1999 from GE Capital, Intel, Ford Motor Company, and JP Morgan Chase Hambrecht & Quist to launch an Internet subsidiary, Eye Velocity, which focused on Internet Visualization. He currently owns three US Patents.
Allan Camaisa is a graduate and alumnus of both the United States Naval Academy and the Executive Program at Harvard Business School.
Tim Bubnack - Partner, Huntington Capital
Tim Bubnack joined Huntington Capital in June 2007 and has more than 15 years of lending, technology investment and financial experience. Prior to joining Huntington, Tim spent five years with Silicon Valley Bank as Managing Director of commercial banking activities in the San Diego region where he managed early stage and middle market banking relationships in the technology, communications and biomedical industries.
Prior to joining Silicon Valley Bank in 2002, he served in senior executive positions at Comerica Ventures, Inc. and Comerica Capital Advisors where he was responsible for identifying and assessing direct equity investments and investments in venture funds. Tim also made loans in partnership with the Technology and Life Science Division of Comerica Bank. At Comerica Bank he was part of the founding team of the company's Southern California Emerging Growth Division.
Tim is currently representing Huntington Capital as a Board Director for Anakam, Lifemodeler, and Advanced Structural Alloys. He is active in the business community where he was most recently a board member of the San Diego Venture Group, a business advisor for Pacific Community Ventures, and a business mentor at the University of San Diego School of Business.
John Mutch - CEO, Symark
John Mutch has been in the technology industry for more than 25 years and has a long track record of building and leading successful companies.
Prior to joining Symark as CEO in 2008, John was a founder and managing partner of MV Advisors, LLC, a strategic block investment firm which provides focused investment and strategic guidance to small and mid-cap technology companies. Prior to founding MV Advisors, John was the President and CEO of Peregrine Systems and successfully restructured the company culminating in the sale of Peregrine to Hewlett-Packard in December of 2005 for $425 million.
Prior to running Peregrine, John served as President and CEO of HNC Software, an enterprise analytics software provider. Under his leadership, the company nearly doubled revenue and successfully spun out Retek in an IPO which returned more than $2.5 billion to shareholders. HNC Software was sold to Fair Isaac Corporation in August of 2002 for $825 million. Prior to HNC, John spent seven years at Microsoft Corporation in a variety of executive sales and marketing positions. He is currently Chairman of the Board at Aspyra (AMEX:APY), and serves as a director at both Adaptec Inc. (Nasdaq: ADPT) and Edgar Online (NASDAQ:EDGR).
John holds an MBA. from the University of Chicago and a BS from Cornell University where he serves on the advisory board for the undergraduate school of business.
